The Edge A2 is an incredibly sophisticated device that monitors your vehicles essential system, including exhaust gas temperature, turbo boost pressure and transmission functions - completely replacing the need for guages. As an added safety feature, the A2 automatically defuels to prevent excessive EGTs and tranny slip and also provides cold engine protection. But that's just the beginning. The A2 also displays true speed if you are using non stock tires, RPM, Engine Temp, 0-60 and quarter mile times, horsepower, torque, current gear and whether or not the torque converter is locked, intake air temp, barometric pressure, throttle position as well as host of other features. Nothing on the market even comes close.

Simple and easy to use with clear maps that provide coast to coast coverage, the A2 is the state of the art in navigation technoloy. Active route guidance provides spoken and visual prompts before each turn as well as distance to destination and ETA. The voice prompt even names the upcoming street to turn on. Automatic rerouting for missed turns guarantees you'll never have to ask for directions again. All major points of interest are also easily displayed, so finding an airport, hotel or gas station has never been easier.

HOW IT WORKS
Superchips tuners plug directly into your vehicle and read the stock calibration stored in your vehicle. A stock calibration is the set of fuel, spark and transmission settings that the dealer installed in your vehicle at the time of sale. After reading this file and saving it to your Superchips tuner, the hand-held device then downloads the Superchips calibration to your vehicle. All engine and vehicle operations work exactly the same, except your engine will now work more efficiently - which equals more power, more torque and better mileage.
